skill practice

instructed by danielle wagamon. open to all levels. 60 to 75 minute class on thursday evenings that blends physical therapy principles, dynamic flow, and intentional holds to develop strength, balance, mobility, and patience — all while enhancing recovery and body awareness.

30-minute session every tuesday afternoon that focuses on increasing range of motion for crossfit movements.

45-minute class every tuesday evening that focuses on strengthening core. It’s not just about looks, it’s to benefit total body strength, injury prevention, and capabilities in core to extremity movements.
