instructed by coach holly. open to all levels. 60-minute class on thursday afternoons that focuses on a power flow and builds to a peak pose.

30-minute session every tuesday afternoon that focuses on increasing range of motion in crossfit movements.
mobility

45-minute class every friday evening that focuses on strengthening core. It’s not just about looks, it’s to benefit total body strength, injury prevention, and capabilities in core to extremity movements.
open gym
complete the workout of the day or work on something else. for those with requisite crossfit experience.
